Job Summary
Seeking a motivated self-starter, the remote Customer Experience Representative I will manage customer orders and inquiries, ensuring exceptional service while collaborating with Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams to enhance customer relationships and support growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by accurately processing requests for products, pricing, and other sales support activities
- Maintain and enhance key data in the CRM for existing and prospective accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Troubleshoot issues, process customer complaints, and ensure compliance with customer experience policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- 2-5 years of customer service or support experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows OS, CRM software, and social media tools
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and build relationships effectively
- Highly organized with a process-driven mindset and strong decision-making skills
