Job Summary
Providing end-to-end support for customers in a full-time remote capacity, the Customer Experience Representative will manage billing inquiries, technical problem-solving, and sales opportunities while fostering strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service by addressing billing, repair, retention, and sales inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a single interaction to enhance customer satisfaction
- Build consultative relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs effectively
Required qualifications:
- Some high school coursework completed
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
- Familiarity with customer service tools and systems
- Commitment to following company policies and guidelines regarding customer information
