Job Summary

Providing end-to-end support for customers in a full-time remote capacity, the Customer Experience Representative will manage billing inquiries, technical problem-solving, and sales opportunities while fostering strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service by addressing billing, repair, retention, and sales inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a single interaction to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Build consultative relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs effectively
Required qualifications:
  • Some high school coursework completed
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and systems
  • Commitment to following company policies and guidelines regarding customer information
