Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to customers, the temporary full-time Customer Experience Representative will manage inquiries primarily via phone and email, ensuring timely resolutions and a positive brand experience through January 31st.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver friendly and efficient customer support through phone, email, and text channels
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and work toward effective solutions
  • Process order changes, refunds, and account adjustments using internal systems
Required qualifications
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to quickly learn and use standard customer service technology platforms
  • Previous phone support experience is preferred
  • High empathy and a strong organizational skill set
