Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to customers, the temporary full-time Customer Experience Representative will manage inquiries primarily via phone and email, ensuring timely resolutions and a positive brand experience through January 31st.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer support through phone, email, and text channels
- Listen actively to customer concerns and work toward effective solutions
- Process order changes, refunds, and account adjustments using internal systems
Required qualifications
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to quickly learn and use standard customer service technology platforms
- Previous phone support experience is preferred
- High empathy and a strong organizational skill set
- Eagerness to learn and ability to take constructive feedback
