Job Summary
Providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Customer Experience Representative will manage service requests, resolve escalations, and coordinate locksmith jobs while delivering outstanding customer experiences through phone, email, and chat channels.
Key responsibilities
- Answer high volumes of inbound and outbound customer communications, assisting with service requests and billing issues
- Manage active locksmith jobs and ensure compliance while providing timely status updates to customers and service providers
- Resolve customer and locksmith escalations professionally and investigate service issues to identify solutions
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in call center, customer support, dispatch, sales, or service roles
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience using customer support systems such as Zendesk or Twilio preferred
- Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging customer interactions
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection
