Job Summary

Working hybrid or fully remote, the full-time Customer Experience Representative will manage inbound calls related to underwriting and billing issues, program inquiries, and policy changes, while delivering personalized support and solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound customer calls, identifying root causes of issues and providing accurate, personalized solutions
  • Assist with underwriting activities using sound judgment and critical thinking to handle exceptions and nuanced policy scenarios
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer outcomes and operational effectiveness while meeting departmental KPIs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience in a role requiring critical thinking and direct client interaction
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a collaborative approach across departments
  • Excellent PC skills
