Job Summary

Working a full-time schedule from 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET, the Customer Experience Representative will manage inbound calls related to underwriting and billing issues, program inquiries, and policy changes while providing personalized support to agents and policyholders, with hybrid options available in select locations and remote work for Nebraska.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound customer calls, identifying root causes of issues and delivering accurate, personalized solutions
  • Assist with underwriting activities, applying sound judgment to handle exceptions and nuanced policy scenarios
  • Navigate the policy management system to troubleshoot issues and improve processing accuracy while collaborating with the team to enhance customer outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role requiring critical thinking and problem resolution
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a collaborative approach across departments
  • Excellent PC skills
