Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing family of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing brands, the part-time Customer Experience Representative will deliver exceptional service by scheduling appointments, resolving inquiries, and building lasting customer relationships in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by scheduling appointments and resolving customer inquiries
• Build lasting customer relationships through phone, email, and text communication
• Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance and follow up on customer needs

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent experience in a high-volume, customer-facing hospitality, hotel, or restaurant environment
• A passion for helping people with a friendly, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and cloud-based phone systems
• High School Diploma or GED
