Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Research Strategist.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate trends and advancements in market research methods and synthesize insights to inform future research efforts
- Act as a thought partner to recommend research, interpret results, and identify action steps aligned with business objectives
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover member and consumer needs, preferences, and behaviors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Market Research, Marketing, Consumer Behavior, or a related field required
- Master's Degree in a related field preferred
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in market research, analytics, or a related discipline required
- Demonstrated expertise in statistical tools and methods, including SPSS, R, and Python required
- Experience with online data collection tools such as Qualtrics required
