Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Senior Trainer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Senior Manager of Training to conceptualize and develop trainings
- Lead and mentor new hires during the training process, providing coaching and check-ins
- Update and maintain training materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company processes
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or similar role
- Experience developing eLearnings using Articulate
- Passion for delivering amazing customer experiences
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments
- BA/BS degree
