A company is looking for a Customer Experience Senior Trainer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Senior Manager of Training to conceptualize and develop trainings
  • Lead and mentor new hires during the training process, providing coaching and check-ins
  • Update and maintain training materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company processes
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or similar role
  • Experience developing eLearnings using Articulate
  • Passion for delivering amazing customer experiences
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments
  • BA/BS degree
