Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact between CX and Product teams, advocating for customer and agent perspectives
- Lead the creation and improvement of agent-facing content and ensure alignment with product updates
- Monitor trends and feedback to drive continuous improvement and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in CX, Product Operations, Service Excellence, or Enablement
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
- Experience with Project Management and familiarity with Agile frameworks
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret operational data
- Fintech or high-growth startup experience preferred
