  • Act as the single point of contact between CX and Product teams, presenting consolidated CX insights
  • Lead the creation and improvement of agent-facing content and ensure its quality and accuracy
  • Monitor trends and feedback to drive continuous improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in CX, Product Operations, or Service Excellence
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Project Management and familiarity with Agile frameworks
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret operational data
  • Fintech or high-growth startup experience preferred
