Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone or email
- Research and resolve customer problems, including those related to fraud support and internet operations
- Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to address complex issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service experience or 18 months of related experience
- Completion of specialized skill training
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers
