Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions primarily through email and live chat, with occasional phone support
  • Provide timely and empathetic responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries for process improvements and assist in maintaining knowledge management resources
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or ticketing support
  • Experience with CRM systems and e-commerce order management tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • High proficiency with computers and strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to handle phone inquiries when required
