Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize online procedure manuals and system applications to resolve customer inquiries and promote understanding of products and services
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent with 2+ years related work experience required
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Able to prioritize work and maintain service standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Must become an associated person of Principal Securities Inc., requiring fingerprinting and a full background check
