Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Customer Experience Specialist - PrePaid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone or email
  • Research and resolve customer problems, including issues related to fraud support and internet operations
  • Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 months of customer service or related experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and applications
  • Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers
