Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone or email

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 months of customer service or related experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and applications
- Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers
