Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Customer Experience Specialist for evening and overnight shifts, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via telephone and internet, handling inquiries and resolving basic support issues
  • Process a high volume of customer inquiries and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate departments
  • Track and document support requests, ensuring accurate customer information and follow-up on escalated issues
Required Qualifications
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
