Job Summary
A company is looking for a CX Specialist to provide support to Dealer clients and the National Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide best in class customer service to external clients and assist internal departments
- Coordinate daily customer service activities and liaise with the sales team for in-field support
- Maintain accurate documentation for transactions and collaborate with other departments for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- Strong knowledge of Sym-Tech products is preferred
- Proven ability to meet performance objectives in a call center environment
