Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Specialist to provide support to Dealer clients and the National Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best in class customer service to external clients and assist internal departments
  • Coordinate daily customer service activities and liaise with the sales team for in-field support
  • Maintain accurate documentation for transactions and collaborate with other departments for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
  • Strong knowledge of Sym-Tech products is preferred
  • Proven ability to meet performance objectives in a call center environment
