Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to external clients and support internal departments
- Assist the sales team through correspondence and coordination of customer service activities
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure accurate documentation for transactions
Required Qualifications and Education
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM systems for transaction documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Sym-Tech products is an asset
