Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Specialist who will provide support to Dealer clients and the National Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to external clients and support internal departments
  • Assist the sales team through correspondence and coordination of customer service activities
  • Maintain product knowledge and ensure accurate documentation for transactions
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for transaction documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Sym-Tech products is an asset
