- Processes orders and keeps accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 5-7 years of experience in a customer support role, with sales experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Windows-based applications and experience with CRMs, such as Salesforce
- Experience in the educational or human resources discipline is a plus
