Key Responsibilities

  • Acknowledges and resolves customer complaints while providing information about products and services
  • Processes orders and keeps accurate records of customer interactions and feedback


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in a customer support role, with sales experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Windows-based applications and experience with CRMs, such as Salesforce
  • Experience in the educational or human resources discipline is a plus
  • Drive, curiosity, resilience, and a goal-oriented work ethic
