Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous customer assistance via phone, email, and chat to achieve first-call resolution
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring favorable outcomes
- Develop a deep understanding of products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant information
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in customer retention, loyalty, or similar roles within a call center
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and call center technology
- Previous customer service experience required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
