Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer assistance via phone, email, and chat to achieve first-call resolution
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring favorable outcomes
  • Develop a deep understanding of products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant information
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer retention, loyalty, or similar roles within a call center
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and call center technology
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
