Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team on a contract basis in The Colony, Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and issues through ticketing systems promptly and professionally
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to foster trust and satisfaction
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data organization and reporting
  • Ability to address customer success challenges and provide solutions
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently
  • Must be able to type at least 35 words per minute
