Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead advocate and technical expert for WHS devices and remote support
  • Handle complex escalations and ensure adherence to SLAs while decreasing resolution time
  • Lead the creation of internal SOPs and external support assets, and monitor partner onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support, preferably in Hardware, SaaS, or HealthTech
  • Proven ability to communicate technical and business concepts clearly
  • Experience in process optimization and implementing best practices
  • Ability to build credibility with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a significant plus
