Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead advocate and technical expert for WHS devices and remote support
- Handle complex escalations and ensure adherence to SLAs while decreasing resolution time
- Lead the creation of internal SOPs and external support assets, and monitor partner onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support, preferably in Hardware, SaaS, or HealthTech
- Proven ability to communicate technical and business concepts clearly
- Experience in process optimization and implementing best practices
- Ability to build credibility with partners and internal stakeholders
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a significant plus
