Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Journey Specialist to promote and support the use of a medical device for stroke recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patient/customer progression and identify individuals at risk of drop-off
  • Analyze operational data to uncover trends and recommend improvements for conversion and retention
  • Coordinate recovery efforts for stalled patients/customers and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, sales, or related roles
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data tracking and reporting
  • Technical aptitude to troubleshoot hardware/software issues
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is strongly preferred
