Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to support the launch of an AI solution in the InsurTech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding to product adoption and retention
- Design and implement scalable customer journey processes leveraging an AI-forward approach
- Monitor customer health metrics and drive product adoption through education and engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- Proven B2B SaaS experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience roles
- Demonstrated ability to create structure and processes in dynamic environments
- Strong product and sales orientation with a focus on value delivery
- Prior experience in the Insurance Industry or with Risk Management Software
- Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success systems such as HubSpot, Totango, or Pendo
