Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Xperience Specialist responsible for managing registration data and supporting Travel & Events programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the integrity of the registration database and oversee financial health throughout program lifecycles
  • Act as a central point of contact for registration, collaborating with various departments and providing training on database technology
  • Maintain client reporting requirements and support program operations, including onsite assistance as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • At least 1 year of operational business experience, preferably in the meeting/event industry
  • Familiarity with technology platforms, specifically travel technology systems like Cvent
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
