Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Xperience Specialist responsible for managing registration data and supporting Travel & Events programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the integrity of the registration database and oversee financial health throughout program lifecycles
- Act as a central point of contact for registration, collaborating with various departments and providing training on database technology
- Maintain client reporting requirements and support program operations, including onsite assistance as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- At least 1 year of operational business experience, preferably in the meeting/event industry
- Familiarity with technology platforms, specifically travel technology systems like Cvent
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
