Job Summary
Customer Experience Specialist, responsible for managing customer relationships and order processes within a defined sales territory in a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships from inquiry to order completion within a defined sales territory
- Process customer orders accurately and provide freight quotes, ensuring timely communication
- Conduct proactive outreach to customers to maintain strong account relationships and resolve claims
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing sales or account management role
- Familiarity with order processing, freight quoting, and claims management
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with various teams
- Experience using CRM systems for tracking interactions and follow-ups
