Job Summary

Customer Experience Specialist, responsible for managing customer relationships and order processes within a defined sales territory in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships from inquiry to order completion within a defined sales territory
  • Process customer orders accurately and provide freight quotes, ensuring timely communication
  • Conduct proactive outreach to customers to maintain strong account relationships and resolve claims
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales or account management role
  • Familiarity with order processing, freight quoting, and claims management
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with various teams
