Job Summary

Customer Experience Specialist provides full-time customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone or email, while obtaining knowledge of products and acting as a liaison between customers and departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products and services
  • Research and address problems, including fraud support and internet operations
  • Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 months of customer service or related experience
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
  • Proven time management and multitasking skills
  • Experience in handling interactions with unsatisfied customers
