Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service to pet insurance customers, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will manage high volumes of inquiries and ensure a seamless experience in a virtual environment while working a schedule that includes weekends.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve high volumes of inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with a focus on one-contact resolution
  • Educate customers on pet insurance products and services to enhance their understanding and satisfaction
  • Strengthen customer relationships by addressing issues promptly and creating memorable experiences
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Familiarity with pet insurance or related products is a plus
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms
  • Willingness to attend in-office meetings once a month if located within 50 miles of a MetLife office
