Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the part-time Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries via phone or email, resolve issues related to fraud and internet operations, and act as a liaison between customers and various departments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products and services
  • Research and address problems, including those involving fraud support
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 months of customer service or related experience
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
  • Experience interacting positively with dissatisfied customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
