Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the part-time Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries via phone or email, resolve issues related to fraud and internet operations, and act as a liaison between customers and various departments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products and services
- Research and address problems, including those involving fraud support
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 months of customer service or related experience
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Experience interacting positively with dissatisfied customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
