Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries via phone and email, resolve issues related to fraud and internet operations, and act as a liaison between customers and various departments, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through telephone and email communication
  • Research and address problems, including those related to fraud support and technology
  • Develop a thorough understanding of products, services, and applicable regulations to assist customers effectively
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service training or 18 months of related experience
  • Completion of specialized skill training
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and applications
  • Experience in handling interactions with unsatisfied customers
