Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries via phone and email, resolve issues related to fraud and internet operations, and act as a liaison between customers and various departments, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through telephone and email communication
- Research and address problems, including those related to fraud support and technology
- Develop a thorough understanding of products, services, and applicable regulations to assist customers effectively
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service training or 18 months of related experience
- Completion of specialized skill training
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and applications
- Experience in handling interactions with unsatisfied customers
