Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to products and services while acting as a liaison between customers and various departments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries, ensuring high-quality customer service
  • Research and resolve customer problems, including those related to fraud and internet operations
  • Obtain thorough knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations to assist customers effectively
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service training/experience or 18 months of prior customer service experience
  • Completion of specialized skill training
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and applications
  • Experience in handling customer interactions, particularly with unsatisfied customers
