Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries via phone and email, resolve issues related to fraud and internet operations, and act as a liaison between customers and various departments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products and services
  • Research and address problems, including those involving fraud support and technology
  • Develop a thorough understanding of company products, services, and applicable regulations
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service training/experience
  • At least 18 months of prior customer service or related experience
  • Completion of specialized skill training
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and applications
