Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries via phone and email, resolve issues related to fraud and internet operations, and act as a liaison between customers and various departments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products and services
- Research and address problems, including those involving fraud support and technology
- Develop a thorough understanding of company products, services, and applicable regulations
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service training/experience
- At least 18 months of prior customer service or related experience
- Completion of specialized skill training
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and applications
