Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service in a remote full-time position, the Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries via phone or email, resolve issues related to fraud and internet operations, and liaise between customers and various departments to address complex problems.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests through telephone and email
- Research and resolve customer problems, including those related to fraud support
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to solve complex issues
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service training/experience
- At least 18 months of prior customer service or related experience
- Completion of specialized skill training
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and applications
