Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the part-time Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries via telephone or email, resolve issues related to fraud and internet operations, and act as a liaison between customers and various departments, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues using multiple systems
  • Research and address problems related to fraud support and internet operations
  • Develop thorough knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service experience or 18 months of related experience
  • Completion of specialized skill training
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
  • Experience in handling customer interactions, including with unsatisfied customers
