Job Summary
To support a growing AI-powered customer experience, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will manage customer inquiries, improve workflows, and enhance automation systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and iterate on AI customer experience systems, ensuring high-quality automation and customer satisfaction
- Investigate and resolve complex customer issues that require human judgment and empathy
- Identify patterns in customer interactions to enhance workflows and self-service options
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a high-growth consumer startup, preferably in a technology-enabled and regulated environment
- Strong quantitative and systems thinking skills, with a focus on identifying patterns and root causes
- Experience with AI and automation tools to improve customer support processes
- Ability to thrive in a high-intensity remote work environment with significant ownership and accountability
- Familiarity with SQL is a bonus for data analysis and trend identification
