Job Summary
Motivated and customer-focused, the remote Customer Experience Specialist will coordinate personalized service requests and deliver exceptional customer care while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information and support
- Coordinate service requests, confirmations, and scheduling updates
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records using digital systems and online platforms
Required qualifications
- Previous customer service, administrative, hospitality, or support experience is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple client requests
- Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and online communication tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
