Job Summary

Providing exceptional client support and personalized travel planning services, the remote Customer Experience Specialist will consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and coordinate customized experiences while ensuring outstanding service throughout the travel journey.

Key responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, budgets, and special requests
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel arrangements are made
  • Research travel options and present customized recommendations tailored to client needs
Required qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in retail, hospitality, call centers, or service industries
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using online systems, booking platforms, and digital communication tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
