Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the part-time Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to prepaid services while working remotely in a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries, addressing customer requests and problems
  • Research and resolve issues, including those related to fraud support and internet operations
  • Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to resolve complex issues
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 months of customer service or related experience
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
  • Experience in effectively interacting with unsatisfied customers
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
