Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the part-time Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to prepaid services while working remotely in a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries, addressing customer requests and problems
- Research and resolve issues, including those related to fraud support and internet operations
- Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to resolve complex issues
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 months of customer service or related experience
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Experience in effectively interacting with unsatisfied customers
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
