Job Summary

Providing a warm and welcoming experience for every customer, the full-time remote Customer Experience Specialist will schedule service appointments, resolve issues, and build relationships through professional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Schedule service appointments and resolve customer issues with care
  • Communicate professionally and friendly via phone, email, and text to build customer relationships
  • Make outbound calls to assist customers with maintenance and service needs while maintaining accurate records
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of recent experience in a high-volume hospitality, hotel, or restaurant customer-facing role
  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating warmth and a solutions-focused approach
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and cloud-based phone systems
  • High School Diploma or GED required
