Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will manage incoming and outbound communications, providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience throughout the loan process in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers and dealers, ensuring professional and efficient communication
- Provide single-call resolutions by researching and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Educate customers on loan details and proactively communicate for follow-ups and onboarding
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- Experience in the financial services or related industry preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications
