Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will manage incoming and outbound communications, providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience throughout the loan process in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from customers and dealers, ensuring professional and efficient communication
  • Provide single-call resolutions by researching and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Educate customers on loan details and proactively communicate for follow-ups and onboarding
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2 years of customer service experience required
  • Experience in the financial services or related industry preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications
