Job Summary

Focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will manage sensitive interactions, advocate for service improvements, and become an expert in products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized interactions through various communication channels, building strong rapport with customers
  • Become an expert in products and services to provide efficient support to customers
  • Share insights from customer interactions to advocate for improvements in service and processes
Required qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact or call center, preferably in D2C subscription businesses or the pet industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a comfort in engaging with customers over the phone
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to de-escalate customer issues effectively
  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships
  • Resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
