Job Summary
To support a dynamic customer service team, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will work remotely to provide exceptional support for product, service, and billing inquiries, while managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with customers to deliver solutions for various inquiries and concerns
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy while handling continuous customer interactions
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback for service improvement
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic typing, email, and computer skills
- Experience in a service or support role focused on customer interaction
- Proficient in using technology, including internet applications
- Demonstrated customer-focused mindset with empathy and accountability
