Job Summary

To support a dynamic customer service team, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will work remotely to provide exceptional support for product, service, and billing inquiries, while managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities
  • Connect with customers to deliver solutions for various inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain efficiency and accuracy while handling continuous customer interactions
  • Document customer interactions and provide feedback for service improvement
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic typing, email, and computer skills
  • Experience in a service or support role focused on customer interaction
  • Proficient in using technology, including internet applications
  • Demonstrated customer-focused mindset with empathy and accountability
