Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Experience Specialist will connect with customers to provide solutions for product, service, and billing inquiries while managing a high volume of calls and delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with customers to address product, service, and billing inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer experience
- Handle a continuous volume of inbound and outbound calls, maintaining efficiency and accuracy throughout each interaction
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback for internal and customer-facing tools and systems
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic typing, email, and computer skills
- Experience in a service, support, or people-focused role
- Proficient in using technology, including the internet and applications
- Demonstrated customer-focused mindset with empathy and accountability
