Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries related to internet, billing, and phone services while working remotely within a 60-mile radius of Aberdeen.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with customers to provide solutions for product, service, and billing inquiries
- Handle a continuous volume of back-to-back customer calls, maintaining efficiency and a high level of customer experience
- Identify and recommend products based on individual customer needs, enhancing their understanding of available offerings
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic typing, email, and computer skills
- Experience in a service or support role, assisting individuals and addressing concerns
- Demonstrated customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience
- Ability to manage high-volume interactions and maintain composure under pressure
