Job Summary

Working full-time from home, the Customer Experience Specialist will provide exceptional support to customers by managing inquiries related to internet, billing, cable, and phone services while building strong relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Connect with customers to provide solutions for product, service, and billing inquiries
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, maintaining efficiency and accuracy
  • Identify and recommend products based on individual customer needs to enhance their understanding of available options
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic typing, email, and computer skills
  • Experience in a service or support role focused on assisting individuals and providing positive experiences
  • Demonstrated customer-focused mindset, including empathy and patience
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
