Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service in a full-time remote capacity, the Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to fraud support and internet operations while acting as a liaison between customers and various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Research and resolve customer problems, including those related to fraud and technology
- Develop a thorough knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations to effectively assist customers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service training/experience or 18 months of prior customer service experience
- Completion of specialized skill training related to customer service
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Experience in effectively interacting with unsatisfied customers
