Job Summary

Focusing on delivering personalized customer interactions, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, SMS, email, and chat, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized and effortless interactions with customers through various communication channels
  • Become an expert in products and services to provide efficient support and solutions
  • Share customer insights with colleagues to advocate for service improvements and process enhancements
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact or call center, preferably in D2C subscription businesses or the pet industry
  • Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with customers over the phone
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with customers
  • Proven skills in de-escalating customer issues and turning them into positive experiences
  • Resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced customer-facing role
