Job Summary

As a full-time Customer Experience Specialist, the successful candidate will engage with internal and external customers in the Group Administration Contact Center, answering inquiries related to policies while providing a positive customer experience, with remote work options available for those outside the Des Moines, IA and Charlotte, NC areas.

Key responsibilities
  • Interact with customers via inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a consistent and positive experience
  • Anticipate customer needs while navigating systems and applications to provide integrated support
  • Build customer relationships by delivering accurate information and resolving inquiries in real-time
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent through work, training, military experience, or education
  • Experience in call centers or customer service, preferably in the insurance or dental industry
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of a broad range of benefit and claim products
  • Excellent typing skills and proficiency with desktop applications such as MS Office
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and navigate various software and web applications
