Job Summary

Handling customer inquiries in a dental insurance contact center, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a positive experience while navigating multiple systems and providing accurate information remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Interact with customers via phone calls to address inquiries related to dental insurance plans

Required qualifications

  • Must pass dental terminology coursework during training
