Job Summary
Focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Exceed customer expectations by providing timely responses to inquiries regarding orders, products, and pricing
- Resolve customer complaints with urgency and maintain thorough communication with internal partners
- Multi-task across various platforms, prioritizing phone calls and managing multiple conversations effectively
Required qualifications
- One or more years of related experience and/or training in an office environment
- Self-directed with the ability to multi-task and complete daily work independently
- Effective and professional communication skills with external customers and internal coworkers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
